My Senators are Republicans - I have no worries on their vote. I will call and thank them for not voting for the package. :thumbsup

I have the worst two ever..both democrats

I sent them this
I am very concerned this bill is spending way too much of the tax payers money on projects that won't help our economy or have nothing to do with the economy directly.

This is the tax payers money. We will have to pay it back.

Please vote against this bill and work out a better compromise. No special interest groups. No social agendas. Just fix the economy!

LaVonne, even if you feel certain they are going to vote for the Stimulus Bill, please contact them. There should be others in your state contacting them, too, who are expressing their opposition to it. Let your voice be heard!

I offered the idea of cutting our taxes in the amount of the stimulus package. If this amount of maoney is really needed to "save" our economy, then let's get it into the hands and wallets of the American people as quickly as possible!

A trillion dollar tax cut will save us.

The "Bush" stimulus/bailout/redistribution of wealth was opposed by about 73 percent of the American people but the folks in Washington D.C. that we pay to represent us ignored that and voted for it anyway. We didn't vote them out so we deserve what we are getting.

I do. One of the great things about this nation is we get to criticize the leadership.

Hate is a strong term. Dislike, detest maybe! Hate is a strong term. I am sure that there will be harsher terms used in the next 100 days. I did add a laughing face to let you know I was joking.

The good thing is that we can respect each others right to use it or not.
