The rate of $80 is available for the nights of April 24 & 25, but if you are coming in earlier and staying longer, she said you could probably get the same rate.

What activities are planned for this gathering?....A tour of Carl Perkins lawnmower?....The defib paddles that were used on Elvis that are on display at the Rockabilly Museum?....A hike thru Pinson Mounds?.....An artery clogging meal at the Old Country Store?....A visit to Sonny Boy Williams grave?......such a plethora of entertaining and educational activites to participate in!!!!!

Sat - whatever - - guys want to have a golf tourney

Sat night - L & T, catered dinner, more meet and greet, singing and whatever else we feel led to do!

Well, I assumed he was in charge!! He's the one who got this whole thing going. I have no idea what's going on, program wise.

I talked to the gal at Doubletree just a while ago about the room block, because I'm getting ready to sign a contract and I didn't understand some of the stuff. I did ask her about the $99 rate, and she said it was being changed to $80, which is what I was told originally. She let us use the "church rate".

The block of rooms at The DoubleTree will be released April 2, so if you plan on staying there you need to make reservations soon.

I mean, she thinks it's cool at the thought of meeting 'famous people', but rooming with one? I'd never hear the end of her bragging!!!

And you'd want to full size beds. She's a bed hog. LOL!
