Federal Police
 

Yesterday when we were at the airport the head man of the federal police came up to us and said, there is no need for you two wonderful folks to have to wait in this long line...He told us to follow him and led us right through and took us to a VIP room. He introduced us and you talk about 1st class treatment we got it!
They served us whatever we wanted...talked with us and when our plane was called he led us to the plane!
WOW...it sure pays to have friends in high offices....

This happened to us once in Kenya too. We got in the long line for customs and some big official came and said he needed to "see us". We were a little frightened because we didn't have a clue what he wanted. And he led us to another room with no waiting line and put us right through customs!! We felt very blessed.

When you live in a foreign country you cannot imagine just how much their government knows about you...that is why it is always good to do things in a manner that causes them to have confidence in you and in what you are doing.

Some time back we were having some persecution not from Brazil but from the states and one of the highest immigration men in Brasilia found out and wrote us a letter and offered to go to the states at his expenses to defend us and our work in Brazil!
It was such a sweet letter...

that is so true...however we find out who our real friends are in times of persecution...I was so surprized at the many people who called and wrote during that time and many who still want me to take legal action.
