Anyone know who Esther is? I get this PM from her about posting pictures of naked women...what gives? Anyone else get something like this?

Esther mistakenly thought you posted the cartoon that Pel had posted, but you had only quoted him. She owes you an apology. That's why the pm warning she sent you didn't make sense to you.

Pel, you posted the cartoon, it was decided that it was inappropriate for a Christian board and was deleted. Then, you posted the same cartoon again and it was deleted also.

Whether it is or isn't appropriate to some isn't up for discussion. It was ruled by the admin as not being appropriate.

I hope this clears the situation up for all.

Did I defiantly post a picture of a nude woman after being told that the first nude picture was "inappropriate?"

Am I some sort of serial poster of porn on AFF? That part isn't clear to me yet.

It was a semi-nude cartoon picture that clearly showed the woman's upper and hind parts. On my computer the resolution was so that it was VERY clearly seen.

I believe the point that you are trying to make is you WERE NOT warned about the first picture you posted, it was just edited. That was a mistake on Admin's part. They should have sent the PM warning and stated they had deleted the picture.

Thanks. I sincerely cannot see anything in that comic that others have described. I've imported it into Photoshop and magnified... I just don't see the "body parts" described. Maybe I'm naive and and just don't connect the blurred pixels as others do.

I dunno... I blew the thing up in Photoshop and the "nude woman" clearly has a top on. And there are no anatomical features visible as was alleged.

I resubmitted the magnified pic to admin - not to get it posted, but to clear my name.

Honestly, some folks must spend way too much time looking at "bad stuff" to the point that their retinas are scarred with porno images.

All I saw was a comic making fun of the whole "Obama as messiah" rap.

If that woman IS wearing a top, it's barely covering anything. I'm not an admin, but I'll go on record and concur that it's inappropriate. I wouldn't let Jeffrey look at cartoons like that. :blink

Pasties and a loin cloth don't really count as clothed, and the depiction of the woman is obviously meant to be sensual. I call that soft-core porn. A little more racy than Victoria's Secret magazines, which I no longer subscribe to, because I have a young son--and a husband--in the house who don't need the distraction.

I don't see why you needed to blow it up...

Pel, I do see a string around her back that could represent a bikini top, but she still looks naked in the drawing, especially when it's NOT blown up, and regardless, it's inappropriate for a Christian forum. JMO, of course. If that IS a bikini top, the design is rather...unfortunate. It does NOT look like a top.

First, if someone said she was nude because they thought she was nude, that isn't a lie. :)

Secondly, many people call scantily clad "nude." (meaning a person is immodestly exposed)

It's debatable whether she has a "top" on or not even if you want to call the top a pasty. A string tied around her back means nothing if it is attached to nothing.
