Our friends are with us from Ontario. They gave us a two liter jar of Maple Syrup!:thumbsup:thumbsup

That stuff is high dollar around here.

Of course we treasure their friendship - but we love the benefits too!

Love Maple Syrup! Usually my Dad gives us some for Christmas, but that got overlooked this year and we are using the cheapy stuff!!

Now you can do the lemonade diet. :)

But they probably brought you A grade Maple Syrup... The Lemonade diet calls for B Grade.

I just did the lemonade diet - the Grade B maple syrup and it is definately high dollar - $85 a gallon - but the lemonade diet did really great and everyone should do it!

Yep... it is a pretty neat little cleanse. I have trouble with the Cayenne though. I really starts to get to me after a while. I take Cayenne in capsule form sometimes... it is does a body good. and bad. LOL

I found out the hard way that maple syrup will mold if not refrigerated after opening!!
