Really? This young man who attends Larry Booker's church posted this on his Facebook page:

Were Conapostolic's friends seeing double? Did this other young man fail to put on his spiritual glasses? Around 3000 or 5000 - does it matter?

Was Dora the Explorer in attendance? - is what we really want to know

Maybe he was estimating and wasn't trained in counting crowds. :blah

With large crowds its easy to either overestimate or underestimate. 3,000 ... 5,000 - not a big difference when at a conference.

Professional news reporters get crowd numbers wrong all the time, but it's always just an estimate.

You would have prayed through, and then felt the need to go to a barber for a crew-cut.

I'll be attending Friday night so I'll see for myself.

The crowd count may have been "evangelistically speaking"

Pentecostals should learn to spell Pentecostal.:thumbsup
Not trying to be critical because I sometimes misspell or
it might just be a typo error. We all do it!:heart

I have 2 nephews in the Houston, TX area. They are both on Facebook. One is a youth leader at Porter APC (don't know if this is still UPC or if the pastor has gone with the AWF). The young man is at PEAK and wrote the following on Facebook about an hour ago:
"having a great time at PEAK. We are having great services. Looking forward to more today!"

And buy a suit and tie, get an expensive watch, drive a fancy car, and . . .

I am going to a UPC church tonight for the first time in 2 1/2 years. Pray that I can make it. :thumbsup

Maybe something is up I had a COG youth minister talk about me praying through last night. :nah

Penta costals?
Penta is related to the root #5

The day of pentecost is connected to 50 for some reason. :thumbsup

King David was in trouble regarding a census. Today there is still a desire in terms of self validation by reason of showing big numbers.

David's problem was that the purpose of such a census was to make preparations for war - yet he had no reason to go to war. God had given him the entire promised land. Thus David's action was intended to bring about a war of aggression. Even Joab, David military commander, was afraid of doing such a thing.
