Say a Prayer!

I was walking down the hall at work today and something in my right knee (replacement one) popped. It now HURTS......it's popping when I move it and I can't put weight on it.

I called my doctor and can't get in until tomorrow.

In the mean time I'm going to ice/moist heat it.

Oh my!

Thanks guys......I had a break-down and cried buckets, but I've got myself under control now.

I called my dad which has had TWO knee surgeries and he's 80 and walking his three miles at the mall as we talked. What's up with that?

Hi Renda,

I will pray for you.

My husband's knee went 'pop' earlier this year. (There had been no replacement previous). He had torn his miniscus and ended up having surgery to remove part of it. He was off work for a while. It is still a bit swollen even now.

Hope you mend quickly!

I don't have any miniscus - - well, a plastic one now. I will know shortly - - headed to the doctor now.

Well, he seems to think it's a scar tissue band that popped on the side of the knee cap yesterday. The x-rays were fine and nothing is torn or broken. I'll accept that, but why the pain???? He put an elastic sleeve on my knee and that supports is feeling better. He said to give it a couple months........COUPLE OF MONTHS?????? Okay, I will.

Oh yes - those boxes have been LONG gone.

Well, I have R.A. too and that's been bothering me really bad the past couple weeks so I'm sure that's probably not helped matters at all!

I'm going to accept that God touched my knee and that's why all is okay and the pain will be gone very soon!
