I have a confession

I have sinned. I attended a hockey game, last night. Organized sports. The shame.

What IS "organized sports?!"

Is it just limited to the NFL and the rest, or would it include churches having softball teams and playing other churches?!

Are they not 'organized', or is it without rules and any old dog can play?!

How about golf?!

Can one decide to play hole #18 and work backwards, or are their rules of order?!

OR is it the place where it is played that makes it 'organized'?!

Hmmmm...so would that mean that all of the preacher golfers in the crowd have to play the game in their backyard or on the church property?!

I am just full of questions today...

Ya know, to the untrained eye, hockey can look very disorganized. Maybe it's a sin only for people who understand it! :toofunny

I thought organized sports were those in which people dress in tight clothes (ie football uniform pants) or shorts (ie basket ball), and those in which stats are reported via various banned media outlets (ie tv)... *TIC* Was sure I read that in the manual someplace!

You know that is strange - what does "organized sports" really mean?

Even a game of football with the guys in your backyard has to be organized - -

Oops, I did it again!

The Texas Stars win every single time we are there to watch them. They should pay us to go!

BTW, we haven't had to pay to get in, yet. The first time, we were in line to buy tickets, and someone behind us gave us a voucher for free seats. Last night, we used a voucher that my wife's church was giving away. They put the church name on the Jumbotron as one of the "groups" in attendance, and we cheered ourselves. (Though only one other family got a voucher besides us, and we never saw them.)
