AMF is a byproduct of affirmation statement

Since most of the “moderates” on AMF regularly sign the AS, and then openly defy it, it should come as no surprise the Admin find it easy to be less than totally honest either.

It is increasingly obvious that OP refuses to admit he was wrong- Dan being rejected for membership there and that CP still refuses to admit that Daniel was rejected more for personality than doctrine.

Perhaps even a greater evil than the good men who left the organization over it is the ones who stayed and sign documents they don’t believe because their DS told them it was OK.

Apparently transparency cannot exist where men were raised in a climate ruled by fear and tradition.

But, you aren't saying it's not true.

Guess it is a yawn to have to continually see it in print.

Going to be a LONG wait DW, whining, complaining, personal attacks, but there will be no refutation.

The truth is irrefutable.

Homerun!

Many are part of the same group who promise to teach and preach against members habing a TV while the either own one, don't bring it up ever, or have a computer TV ready device.

The same core of radicals that pledge bi-annually not contend for their views not signed the failed We Declare statement contending for their New Birth view and non-sanctioned holiness views\

I think that's what Dan was saying. They sign the affirmation statement, but don't follow it on the tv issue.

But I know a TON of preachers who preach against television.

What exactly constitutes preaching against television... because I have heard baptist preachers start talking about all the evil that is on the thing but ultimately end with be careful about what ya watch or follow your own personal convictions about it or something similar.

Apparently the TV is so evil it's too vile for filtering. Its mere presence in a home is enough for a minister to lose his license, even if it is never turned on.

On the other hand, computers are ok.

Go figure.

Y'all need to get right, and get a life. And another thing, don't think that there is not enough manure on any forum to run a BIG farm. Some people just suck all the fun out life. Let em, who cares. There will always be people that don't want to play with you, get over it. Take your toys and go where you can find friends to play with. Like AFF. We like most people, most of the time.

What is habing a television? Can you explain?

Do you hab? Can you get hurt habing? Will habing cause you to get warts?
When habing, does one need to wear eye protection? If you hab, could you get arrested? Or does habing only happen when you are a Charismatic Baptist Catholic?

What about basketballs? Would we still have basketballs?

AMF also made basketballs, tennis racquest, and sundry other items in the sporting goods realm.

BTW, I don't have H/D now, and would spend my money on something more reliable.

Waddup Dom! How ya been bro?

Typing and posting on my blackberry can be perilous.

This is like old times.

It is good to see your religious, judaizing, Sadducee, Amish, militant carcass 'round these parts.

How did your winter solstice holiday celebration go?

And how are the efforts to canonize Josephus going?

Help us Lord to learn to get along and stop trying to see who has the strictest "parents"
Help us Lord to learn that not all of us are exactly like the other.
Just help us please. Well at least them, seeing as how perfect I am already.
