I did too! AI is the greatest show in the history of TV.

Once it gets to the voting stage, I'm probably going to lose interest. It's going to be impossible to match Danny Gokey and Adam Lambert from last year. Danny is better than any winner of the show and Adam is, well.......he's in a different world completely. I can't imagine anyone coming close (and please don't anyone hit me with all your anti-gay, how-could-a-Christian-like-him, stuff).

I think she was the one whose grandma has Alzheimer's disease and she wanted to do something memorable that her grandma could enjoy while she still remembers who she is. Very touching! Ryan Seacrest was about to cry when they got the grandmother on the phone.

Did anyone see last night? The guy who was worship pastor with 3 kids? His brother and my daughter went to school with each other and were in honor choir together. They actually sang a duet together for a school concert. She saw the brother a few years ago when he was a opening act for a Mercy Me concert, she said he was pretty good, but not sure if he is THAT good. His dad is a local pastor of a fairly large church.

I saw him. Thought he did okay. Not blown away but he has talent.

I wanted to slap the ladies. Avril in her devil hood was the only one who said no. And then Kara wanting to know about his commitment to his church. I don't remember them asking other people that question.

Yeah, that was a little much. Although, I am thinking Avril was really serious in her questioning, as I recall, she recently went through a divorce and probably knows first hand the pressure a life in the spotlight puts on a relationship. So, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, the Kara was just snarky...

I agree, he has talent, but like I said, not sure if he has THAT much talent. I don't think he will make the cut in Hollywood.

I like the skinny blond guy that sings and plays the blues. I think he will go far. Of course I must support 2 Latins, Ashley Rodriguez and eduardo(I think).

I am liking the blond guy as well, and the other guy, probably the Latin one you are talking about, the one who wears a hat a lot? It is too early to tell though, things change so much when the pressure starts piling on.

I vote on talent about 90% and the rest personality!
