"Like As" Principle

Years ago I heard a very powerful sermon that brought out the "like/as" principle of the Bible. I believe Mark Hanby delivered the sermon.

Has anyone else here ever heard similar teaching, and might you know how I could get my hands on some teaching notes on this subject?

M.H. Has a website. He lives in Denton, TX. His personal assistant: Justin will take your call and help find what you need. Hope this helps.

What is it? The Cliff Notes version, please? (Or the "For Dummies" version, if you prefer. :lol)

Well, Prax declared that it would be a miracle if I was still an AFF member in 2011, so, yeah, there's that one. :D

Eddie Long, Earl Paulk and Mark Hanby? (From his web-site links)

What would be wrong with this "kingdom" alignment?

I'm surprised that Mark Hanby would want to be a part of the same "kingdom" those other two are a part of.

Proverbs 17:17. A friend loveth at all times, a brother is born for adversity. If you see your brother taken in a fall, ye which are strong restore such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering yourselves..... What's wrong with this "kingdom" alignment? :)

Well, I suppose it depends on what kind of kingdom you want to align with.

However,

1Cr 5:11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

It really is not the kind of crowd we should keep company with, in my humble opinion of course. :D

I would also have bolded he word "extortioner."

John 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
John 8:7. So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, he that is without sin among YOU, let him cast the first stone at her.

Dr. Hanby birthed the Like/As message more than 30 years ago. His materials can be accessed at hanby.org or www.yourquantumlife.com They have a lot of messages on that site. Dr. Hanby also offers a huge body of revelatory materials on that site that are inspiratonal and powerful. He also goes live on the quantumlife site.
