Shocker! Newest "Missing Link" is a Hoax

Yet again "science" offers a "missing link" and yet again it is a hoax, following hard on the heels of many other "missing links hoaxes. The newest failure is known as "Ida". The worst thing is the original discovery was announced in May. And as I understand it, was proclaimed on the news, on Good Morning America, Nightline, World News Tonight, A&E bought the rights for a documentary, and of course a book was written. It was not a "hoax" Jason. The fossil, after more thorough study, is said to not fall into the categories that it's promoters had claimed for it last year. It is still a legitimate fossil.
This latest article goes on to say: "The first big challenge came from Erik Seiffert, a fossil hunter at New York's Stony Brook University. Seiffert had uncovered a 37-million-year-old fossil in Egypt remarkably similar to Ida that he said showed that Darwinius masillae was more akin to an extinct ancestor of lemurs and lorises than it was to a monkey or a man." So, instead of being a "hoax" as you have said, it appears to have been a controversial interpretation of the findings - and further vindication for the scientists who were not swayed by all the noise the History Channel was making about this last year. The History Channel is also the primary outlet on cable for ghost hunters and UFO watchers. They had such promise starting out, but after merging with A&E they abandoned all sense and have been a National Enquirer type of network ever since. |

You'd thinkthat after all the frauds and hoaxes the "intelligent" scientists would stop pushing garbage like the fairy tale that is evolution.

You know I wonder if you are as quick to make personal attacks in person as you are on a website? My guess is no since lots of little men like to talk big while they can hide behind a keyboard and monitor.

Exactly my point. You go out of your way on EVERY forum you have ever been a memeber to act like a dirtbag to anyone who opposes you and dares stand up to the great Dan Alicea. And you get away with it. No ne else would....but good old Dan does.
I called you on your typical M.O and you keep it so you can always post it to remind me? Or show others that I can call a jerk when I see a jerk? Whats your point? Everyone here knows you are a jer. Everyone else either just refuses to say it or "accepts" that you are who you are. The only kind word I've ever seen about you was from Sister Alvear, and she would likely have kind words for Satan rather than speak a negative. One day, if there is in fact a just and fair God, someone will indeed put you inyour place. Hopfully very hard and very violently. My regret is that since I don't run in social circles with sell outs and backsliders I will not have the pleasure of seeing it happen. Unless by some great stroke of luk it ends up on Youtube. Yeah, Dan took a dig at me, I can live with it. I generally am entertained with what DA posts, and He doesn't bother me to much. During his exodus I PM'd him on FB and asked if he'd be posting here again.
I would only say to Dan don't dish it out if you can't take it. I think he is generally able to take it. If I take a dig at Dan hopefully He knows its in fun, and if he does the same to me, thats how I take it. If he means something as an insult, and I don't take it tha way, its his issue, not mine. I think he dwells on the UPC a bit much, but he normally brings things to the table that are being swept under the rug or kept under wraps. Big deal. That said, Nitehawks post was WAY over the line. No one should hope for vengence upon someone else,and especially a "Hard and Violent" type. This is not at all Christs attitude towards others. EVEN *IF* DA were backslid, that would be no way to talk to him. |
