Five Guys

Have any of y'all eaten at Five Guys? We ate at the one in Brentwood tonight. I wondered about paying twenty bucks for burgers and fries but it was alot of food and really good. If any of you live near one and haven't tried it yet, check it out. I think you'll like it.

We have one near us, but we haven't tried it yet. I've heard that it's very good.

I liked it better than In and Out. We ate there when we were in LA visiting Jon's brother. It was okay, but just didn't live up to the hype for me.

Beats In N Out about a zillion times over! I love Five Guys. The first one we ate at was in Nashville out in Green Hills and I fell in love with it. Their burgers and fries are great, and so are their hot dogs. Now we eat at one whenever we are anywhere close.

Someone I know recently ate there, said it was great! They told us that we should purchase one meal and split it, unless we ate like a teenage boy! LOL I guess they give you a lot of food for your $.

Just tried one in CT...it is good. I think I have had a burger in every state but Montana, Alaska, and S Dakota, and to date the BEST ever is..........Shake Shack, New York City. Google it.
I just had S.S. again last week and it never fails, can't wait until August vacation, mmmmm:)

There is a 5 Napkin burger on 9th Ave that I will try next time.

While we're talking food...Billy's Bakery all white vanilla buttercream cupcake, OH MY word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 9th Ave between E 21 & 22

Other than finishing a few rooms in the basement and a little bit of landscaping, yes, it is done...and perfect:) We are so blessed!

A couple of weeks ago, I walked out onto the back deck, stood and watched a herd of deer 15 ft away from me in my backyard and felt very blessed!

I will definitely be checking out Shake Shack!! Also that bakery. We always have gone to Buttercup Bakery on 2nd Avenue, around 51st-52nd St. for years, before cupcakes were the cool thing to eat. Ha! But I'm always open to new experiences!

Got plenty of CAT5 (or whatever the latest is)? I wish I had at least two to every room, more to some.
