Is it a sin punishable by fire and brimstone to not wear socks? It causes blisters that harm the body... and could give way to infection and even death.... definitely not honoring the body as a Holy Temple....:hypercoffee

In my opinion, socks are intended to be worn with shoes, but it definitely isn't a sin to be sock-less. This is a pretty lame thread, king.

sockless where? To church? At home? At the office? The office manager might bark loudly at that.What about sandals? Are you going to start wearing white socks with sandals? Those socks are going to be wet in the shower.
If your feet however stink that badly then by all means wear socks all the time for obvious reasons.My husband occasionally does the white sock and black shoes thing to church and then crosses his legs so the whole world can see it.I sit farther down the pew and pretend not to know him.
