I hear voices in my head.

When I read your posts I associate you with a character. It could be a real person or a cartoon voice. Who do you hear? I'll give some examples.

When I read margie's posts I hear the voice of Lois Griffin (Family Guy). Margie probably sounds nothing like Lois, but that's how I imagine that she sounds.

Renda- Paula Dean

NOW- Michael W. Smith

Apprehended- Cmndt. Eric Lassard (Police Academy)

Cindy- Cadet Laverne Hooks (Police Academy)

RandyWayne- Ted Logan (Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure)

Dagwood- Matthew Lillard

Hoovie- Bert (Mary Poppins)

CC1- Matlock

NOW IT'S YOUR TURN!

Re: I hear voices in my head.

I have only spoken with one person on your list, and I am not telling who it is without their permission. But she does not sound like who you think she does. Is Cadet Hooks from Texas? I have been told I do have a Texas accent.

Mmmm, normally I am the one who thinks of things like this. In this case, I hadn't given what individual posters might sound like any thought. I might have to change that and come up with my own list.

Hmm, I'm not too familiar with Matthew Lillard. Not sure what he sounds like either since I've never seen any of the movies he's been in...

I was born and raised in the Dallas area, but some people I've talked to think I'm from the southeast (like GA or NC/SC with a Texas twist). As much as I've tried to smooth out my accent, it's often hard to. It be what it be...:)

Yeah... I'm sure they sound exactly like that!!

I will be very disappointed if Apprehended does not sound like Lassard. I have associated the two for many years! :happydance

One of his many roles.

He was also one of the two killers in the first Scream movie as well as starring in Thirteen Ghosts.

Twalk amongst ya'selves...I'm feeling a little vuh-klempt! :heeheehee

Matlock? LOL!!!! Well, since Andy Griffith is one of my favorites (despite him being a senile socialist apparently) I will take that as a compliment. I would like to point out he is a few decades older than me though.

I have talked to a few members here on the phone, some of them sound quite country and some sound quite northernish, and one sounded quite germanic.

Won't say who, but one female poster here sounds like any adult in the Peanuts cartoons.

Scott Hutchinson 03-14-2011 05:19 PM

Re: I hear voices in my head.

I won't say names, but one of the female posters here sounds sweet as in big sisterly kind of way,or she sounds like a aunt that is really kind.

Scott Hutchinson 03-14-2011 05:19 PM

Re: I hear voices in my head.

Another female poster sounds like a very sweet grandmotherly type.
