Bing in the UPCI for nearly 20yrs, I have obviously heard Bro. Cole preach, and I have attedned a Holy Ghost crusade. However, lately I have been listening to his Spiritual preparation series on YouTube, as well as a message about Sacrifice.

This man was very special, annointed and caring. He had such a humble attitude and compassion - coupled with awesome commitment to God. I know he has been gone for 2-years but I stand more in awe now then I did years ago...amazing.

I wonder sometimes if the generations after his will ever have the commitment to God like this. Being totally sold out. i can't help but look in the mirror and check myself after listening to him.

Well...I must live in La La Land, because I personally have never heard anything negative about this mans ministry...in fact, until any of us puts in a third of the energy, commitment, and sacrifice as he and his family did for the work of God - we have no business slandering him or being critical.

There arent many men alive or dead who gave more to the cause of Christ than Brother Cole. He was a great man that I was blessed to meet and be impacted by.

When he would come thru our town, he would often come to my mom and dads house to eat. Those times as a small kid, sitting around the dinner table with him are treasured memories for me.

This is very awesome and I'm envious. I would be honored to have any man of God to eat under my roof and speak to me about the good things of God. To be honest, I would feel entirely unworthy of it.

I have heard 'certain men' laugh at BC and his results..however not one person that I have heard belittle him has had the results he had during his life time. Wish I could at least measure up to his heels...

Indeed if any here think an adulterer can not find mercy and forgiveness they are wrong. No sinner brings greater righteousness for salvation. All can and must freely come to the cross.

well yes... but the fact that we see these humble servants of God as high and mighty - with millions of dollars and Leer Jets is a part of the problem. benny Hinn is not any more special than the widow woman that sends half her social security ck to him each month.

Bro. Cole was most definately used by God in some awesome ways. The bigger the light someone sheds, the more of a shadow they have the potential to cast. Bro. Cole made some poor choices and it has impacted many people. There are many many people who looked up to Bro. Cole and would have trusted absolutely anything he said or did. The misleadings and poor choices have impacted a great number of people, however I will not in any way diminish the good that he did for the Kingdom of God! Bro. Cole was a great man of God and I respect him and hold him in high reguard, but i most certainly don't agree with his thoughts on every point.

I don't know of any lies. Perhaps you do. When i say misleading i meant poor spiritual direction and advice. I know of one man who started out with a great outlook on ministry, fasting, and prayer. Had great potential for the Kingdom of God. He is one that was impacted by Brother Cole and received some advice that in my opinion was poor advice. This man has pretty much went off the deep end now. Still in the org but...well that doesnt say a lot does it.. My intentions is not gossip. I'm just saying that Bro Cole was used by God, absolutely. I just don't agree with many of his viewpoints.

Can you do anything about his decisions? No...Can I? No... so I chose to pray for those that have gone astray through false teachings however BC has lived his life now I am trying to live mine...

I just say remember him for the good...if in another setting among someone you are teaching and chose to use an example of someone you feel is wrong that is your business...

I do not agree with a lot of people or a lot of things...and am sure a lot of people don't agree with me...but even in differences we can be kind...Jesus called Judas, Friend...

Well said. There are times we need to point out error in teaching or practices. However, that never means we have to disrespect people. Especially men of God.

I can never understand why people want to get into God's business. He is more than capable of taking care of whatever needs to be taken care of. Especially after someone is dead, and can't speak for themselves.
