I'm addicted to discipline, it's sort of OCD.

one cup of coffee in the morning
daily exercise: Strength training 3 times per week, Aerobics 4 times per week
daily dog walk
daily bible reading/devotions
1500 calories per day
I play an online video game, but play only 2 hours per week on Saturday
I watch 2 hours of netflix each day, no other TV watching
go to bed at 9pm, wake at 5am each day
Sunday morning church

I am addicted to watching recent videos about the economy and trying to save and make a buck. :heeheehee But after being in the ministry for so long and going backwards, we've got a lot of catching up to do if we ever want to retire.

I'm also probably a bit addicted to sweets although in recent years I have done better at eating more fruit instead of sweets.

energy shot drinks-1 in the morning for work and 1 in the afternoon for when I work out M-F, 1 on Sat, 1 on Sun for when I work out. I get all cranky and a small headache if I don't have the ones for work.
I get 12 of them for 9.95, a weeks worth.

Oh, my...this is what happened to me when I went into the Marines over 30 years ago...got me addicted to DISCIPLINE!! A full, type A personality profile! Thank God, I've calmed down over the years, but I still ride my bike like I'm in the Tour de France, and guys half my age can't even come close to catching me!

I'd say we're all addicted to eating food. It is my guess that if we tried to kick the habit we'd all eventually die from the withdrawal. :)

they say admitting a problem is the first step to recovery. That is not the case with me.

I have no intention of recovering from my coffee addiction.

I've never been a fan of coffee. I LOVE the way coffee smells and I do enjoy a cup from time to time. I drink a few cups of coffee once or twice a year. I drink homemade (and bought) Fraps much more often but still on less than a monthly basis.

My previous Pastor was a hoot! He swore up and down that drinking coffee was no different than having a cigarette.

He would then proceed to consume his daily six pack (or more) of Dr. Pepper!!:lol

I am addicted to coffee and facebook. Need coffee in every 2 hours... but i am working towards cutting it down and gradually quit.

Eventually I am going to have to give up my beef jerky addiction, but not today.

Addicted to my phone, my computer, and being connected. A little scary, actually.

power outages from hurricanes are amazing.

i did without power for almost a month a few years back.

which meant no water also, as we have a well and a pump.

it's a very simple way to live, more complicated too.

had to buy water and pour it over my head while taking a shower.

when it got dark, i went to bed.

addictions? yep!
Diet pop -doesn't matter what brand as long as it's brown.
salt - but my BP is so low I can easily get away with it
Mexican food- gotta have it at least 3 or 4 times a week
