Word up here in the NYC (from not one, not two, but three people who say they DEFINITELY know) is that Pastor Wayne Francis of White Plains, NY has finally turned in his fellowship card to the powers that be. Rumor has been floating around the district for a while, but this seems to be valid info. Can anybody confirm? Thoughts?
