How did your sister do?

I know nothing about marathons...was wondering do you steadily run or are you allowed to stop a few seconds or so along the way?

my Sister and I ran together, at times I had her by the hand and was saying come on Sharon, come on. so our finishing time was identical. We walked a bit here and there. We walked at the water stations especially.

My wife was pronounced Cancer free at her last MRI. Five years of fighting Breast Cancer now victorious throgh Jesus Christ our Saviour!

I used to run a lot of races in my younger and lighter days!

People do not really understand the effort required until they have done it.
