I have a UPCI preacher's TV closet in my living room. It was designed for a Murphy bed decades ago, but it hides my TV well! Even the cable and plug-ins are inside the closet......LOL!

I was watcing the science channel last night and they had a show on about TV of the future.

right now different companies are working with organic Light emitting diodes (spelling butcherd)

this stuff can be painted on a milimeter thick piece of plastic and be a TV.

they said in the near future you would be able to Roll up your TV/computer monitor and take it with you.

Those look cool!

Reminds me of the old record players in the cabinet. :)

Anyway, those things are much better than hiding a little 13" screen in the garage and then saying, "Praise the Lord, y'all. I don't have a tv in MY house. It is also better than telling the wife to buy herself a tv and then go to conference preaching, huffin' and a puffin' "Bless God, Y'all. I would not OWN ONE OF THOSE THINGS."

I would be asleep by the time the stupid thing opened up... :D

My conservative preacher in laws are coming to visit here soon and I can't wait to show them my projector system...Flags of our Fathers is going to sound awesome!!!!!

My Preacher/Pastor SIL does not have a t.v. but he has a big beautiful theater room with a huge screen and fantastic surround sound. WOW!

I don't think so. I have never heard him refer to himself as one and I know what church he is a part of. If he is a preacher it is a lay one within his church.

I believe have heard Ferd say that if he were in the UPCI he would be a man of ethics and abide by the guidelines he agreed to at time of licensing.
