Re: Vick and Obama

Re: Vick and Obama
They have a hilarious hashtag going on Twitter - #ReplaceAWordWithDog
A couple of examples: "Dog - The Breakfast of Champions" "One small step for dog one giant step for dogkind" :toofunny I'm not participating in this, but it's hilarious! |

Re: Vick and Obama
A dog saved my life once.
How? I ate him. :doggyrun Run Doggy Run! |
Re: Vick and Obama
Muslims don't even keep dogs as pets. Considered unclean.
DEFINITELY eating dog would be considered as equivalent to eating pork. It's served in different parts of Asia, but I've spent a LOT of time in Indonesia and I've never seen it served there. With this in mind: Some White House menu selections (If you're even invited to RinTinTin DinDin): Beagles with cream cheese Pugs in a Blanket Chicken Poodle Soup Baked A-labska Leg of lab Haagen-Dachshund Pup-peroni Pizza Hound cake Great Danish Ramen Poodles Pickled Pugs Feet Cold Yeller Always available - Greyhound Poupon Quote:

dog, giraffe, rat, rhino, zebra. Had kangaroo, snails, steady diet of raw fish. All animals are for our consumption. |

Nevermind that "Smoke in God's nostrils" thing, huh? Yikes. Well, to each his own, I guess--as long as you aren't preaching it, or anything. |
Re: Vick and Obama
I'm finding it strangely appropriate that our current Prez
snacked on some "Man's best friend," lol. |

haven't heard the O's admission here; he could at least have had the decency to deny it. Was he at least repentant? My guess is no, and that the whole objective here was to get read into the official record that our Prez ate dog. He's already admitted to being a pimp to the world, re his shameless abuse of those who swept him into office, to their everlasting chagrin. |

It had better be to their everlasting chagrin, cause I do not know if my teeth will hold out under another four years of gritting and grinding. |
Re: Vick and Obama
Not a big deal, a dog is an animal, animals are meant to be eaten.

But it seems a stretch to me to then toss Passover for easter (ishtar), and ignore "Smoke in God's nostrils." I would include you, but ask "Which side would you prefer to defend" here? To read that pork magically became ok at Peter's episode on the Gentile's roof is to completely misunderstand the parable, imo. I think the 3 distinct episodes of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, first to the apostles, then to the Jews and Gentiles, is similarly misread. Imo, and others, these were events sanctifying the Gentile believers, a genuine problem in a time when for a Jew to enter a Gentile's house = stoning when they exited. |
Re: Vick and Obama
I've eaten raccoon and alligator before.

As a missionary's kid, you don't even want to know what I've eaten. No big deal.

Re: Vick and Obama
My Dad said they ate lots of things we would not consider eating during WW2.

And, seriously, I don't think it was a big deal if Obama ate dog meat in Indonesia. Who cares? |
Re: Vick and Obama
Just read this on Twitter:
"I'm sure if Obama ate a dog, it's only because he inherited it from George W. Bush." :toofunny |
Re: Vick and Obama
