Unemployment Up to 8.2%, Only 69,000 Jobs Created

Obama is in trouble. The economy isn't improving. His policies aren't working. We need to be creating 250,000 a month to keep up pace. Last month was only 115,000. Analysts had expected more this month than a mere 69K.

Stop looking for a job, and get to work, imo.

So today we hear the spin from the Obama supporters and the spin for those who oppose Barack Obama.

It's the old glass half full and/or half empty thing

or

two men looked through prison bars
one saw mud, the other stars

If a Republican was President, then "Conservatives" would be doing all that they could to talk our country's situation up.

Sigh.

Obama was in trouble BEFORE this came out though.

I honestly think that the powers that be did well in pushing Romney-- though I will not vote for him.

That is irrelevant. The fact is Obama is prez, he promised certain job thresholds and promised certain unempkoyment numbers and hasn't produced. Which means one of two things: He lied on purpose just to get elected (which I don't believe) or he and his team have flawed ideas about what makes capitalism work (Which I do believe). And they don't seem to be flexible enough to admit that their ideas aren't working. They are so driven by their theories they cannot bring themselves to believe that the poor results in the economy are directly because of their flawed theories.

He had a rubber stamp Congress the first two years of his term.
And totally squandered his opportunity.

He didn't squander it and it stil doesn't get this Congress off the hook for not being more willing to work with the President for the good of the American people.

We send different people from different parts of the country with different beliefs to DC so that they can COMPROMISE and get things done to help move our country forward.

If the tables were turned, Hannity and Limbaugh would be calling the Democrat Obstructionists in the House "Un-American."

C'mon JD, he totally squandered it.
Wasted time on revoking/ignoring don't ask/don't tell.
Wasted time with this hideous Obamacare bill.
Wasted time and money by rewarding his supporters with "fake" stimulus money.
And as I have stated before, I really wanted him to succeed.

When the Congress for years was controlled by a democrat super majority, they could create havoc in more ways.

If Congress is in control of job growth, it is obvious the democrats dropped the ball.

At one point, President Bush had 52 consecutive months of job growth.

NObama had job groth to take the census.

You ommitted 2 facts. In March and April the job increases numbers were in the past few days adjusted downward by 49,000 jobs.

The majority of the 69,000 jobs increase are PART TIME.
