I know this could apply to 75% of the threads on here. After being on the outside looking in for almost 9 years, the statement Elder or brother's church makes me smh. A common question to typically follow is....where is Elder ____ church maybe? Not even knowing what state much less a city. It is a culture within oneness Pentecost giving ownership to a particular individual shared by no other group that I have come across. I kind of get the response regarding the question from what church within a particular city to identify that church but it still holds the same reference. Being a former military man I adopted well to the authority structure within the UPC by the way.

Well there is good reason for that. Most denominal church’s don’t have a fellowship connection like the oneness Pentecostal churches. So we go to conference and hear different people and enjoy their ministry so therefore you refer to the pastor for the church. If someone would ask if Scott Kerr was out of “ life tabernacle church “ that could be 1,000s of churches with that name.

I can put the correct spelling since It was an obvious mistake but I know you can figure it out so I don’t want to correct it and challenge your intelligence.

I can agree and in addition most denominations don't elevate the man delivering the message in the same way either. Oneness Pentecost churches do not have a church government of deacons and elders as well.
