I Wish Saints Would....
 

This is for preachers or someone who is in ministry to put down their desires that saints would do or not do...

Just so we have some balance on this forum.

Seems like if people are not careful they will get to thinkin this is a anti-preacher forum....

I wish saints would stop putting the preachers kids up on a pedastal and then constantly try to knock them off.

I wish saints would listen to the ministry instead of thinking they know it all and can ignore all the sound counsel and not mess their lives up.

Then of course they expect th eministry to be able to fix their mess when if they would have just listened to us in the first place they could have avoided the problems.

Any opportunity for preachers to beat up on those poor saints that pray for you and place greenbacks in the offering plate!!!!

Really, I don't get this, or the other thread.
I wish satan would wise up, too,
but wishing just does not make it so.

I have studied under no less than 10
Apo/Pent preachers, and harbor no bad
feelings about any of them. I don't believe
just like any of them do, but they never,
not one, to my knowledge, suddenly changed
their beliefs while I was studying under them.

If everyone, from the pulpit to the pew, would keep their hearts and spirits right, and leave the "situations" up to GOD. LET/PERMIT/ALLOW, and TRUST HIM to work out the "problems", I believe HE would set HIS church in order. HE would deal with each individual. We humans are just not able to do what needs to be done.

I recently heard a word against counseling, even,
that resonates with this. Not sure it's a pastor's job to counsel;
ask the Holy Spirit, and commit to the answer.
