Unnecessary scriptures
 

I don't want to waste my time reading the bible on things that have no affect about God or me so lets make a list of things that are not for us in any way in the bible... I will start it off.

In proper context I Cor 11:1-16 is necessary.

People take these scriptures out of the spiritual context in which Paul teaches it and make it a physical thing.

There is no scripture I know of that is not important. We may not fully understand it now but when God chooses I'm sure He will enlighten us. :)

No, I do not think so! I think God intended for every word spoken, written and printed in HIS word was for us in SOME kind of way~

Elder I think that you preach the truth as you know it and as you believe it and as I once believed. I think that in your "truth" you have added to Christ and Him crucified and for that, one day you will have to give an account. You have put burdens upon people that they are not meant to carry without lifting a finger to help. James said nobody should want to be a teacher. For teachers will be judged harsher. I think that one day that I will have to give an account for times that have taught anything that is not true or correct.

Not true at all.

I put nothing of people ONLY PREACH what is bible. I know very well I will ive account for what I preach and that is why I preach as I do.

Wastin time here bro. Our time would be much better spent reaching for people who are hungry for truth instead of those who rejected it. I can't count how many times I have pleaded with God to hold back the "strong delusion". God, however will allow them to have it if that is what they run after and pursue. Unfortunately that is exactly what most on this forum have done.

Simple question what happens if you are wrong and the Gospel you preached is not the Gospel that Christ gave His life for????
