Needing god to move now~we need an answer
 

I posted a prayer request about 2 weeks ago about the same thing but I am posting again because my family is in need of an answer right now. I am asking God to move something's in place for my family and a part of this request is a very unspoken but urgent request for God to deliver a family member of something that is standing in the way of their walk with God. I know God will work this out in HIS time but I am growing weary and need strength and maybe a sign of hope that He has not forgotten and he is still working on it. Even though my husband prays, I am the one who is the prayer warrior in my home and its very exhausting at times. He works very long and tiring hours and when at home is sleeping or he is at work. I appreciate all of your prayers and I am trusting God will send my family an answer NOW in Jesus Name!

I will spend time in prayer today for this need. Have been praying, but will continue to pray for the intervention of the Lord for this need. One thing I have done recently, in difficult situations, is to go back to memorials in my life where the Lord intervened in a way that I didn't know was possible. This builds your faith. Then when you have built your faith up in the Lord, begin to praise, and thank Him for the victory, even when you don't see it yet, but because you KNOW He is more than able to intervene.

Stand on your past victories, and praise, and have faith for the victory that is coming.

Will be praying for strength. There were things that stood in the way in both my daughter and son, at different times in their lives.

There were times when I thought I might get a call that either of them was dead. I won't let my son talk to me about things he went through. I just can't bear the pain. Getting to a point of having a gun held to your head is pretty intense. I don't need the details.

But, I got a word from God in my private prayer. I asked that He would give me something to stand on, so I could let it go and let Him do the work.

He did that for both. They are both doing well and serving God. I remember hearing someone say, "It is hard to let go of the steering wheel when the car is going 100mph." That is so true.

So, I pray for peace and I pray for strength.

It will be more beneficial for God to remove that thing at an appointed time. You certainly wouldn't want them to pick it up again. Being sick of it helps. Let them get really sick of it.

Thank you so very much! I will hold my head up and stand on what I know...he has NEER failed to do anything for me or my family when I have asked him....I think he is trying to teach me "patience".....:heeheehee

When you stop going to church as you should self begans to rule. :(
