I started getting a sore throat yesterday and it has continued to worsen. With Mike being so sick it is tough. I can't get sick, too!!!! So I would appreciate the prayers of my AFF family.

Praying for you too! Do you have any oregano oil? This has helped our sore throats quicker than anything else, along with elderberry syrup, and honey.

Even though zinc lozenges are primarily for shortening the duration of a cold (if you start sucking on them at the very first signs) I have also found they help a sore throat heal a lot quicker.

If I was "closer by" I'd bring you some chicken noodle soup. It heals everything I'm told. :thumbsup

You were not suppose to notice that!! :foottap So, I will just say I don't eat cooked fish or seafood. Just the smell of it makes me want to throw up.

I think what Cindy is trying to say is that tuna fish has already been processed and ready to eat. It doesn't really stink.

Other fish you must prepare in the kitchen and it stinks up the whole house cooking until you find a neutralizer to remove the stink. ;)

I bet Brother Been ThinKing goes fishing and fishes out the really stinky fish. I love fish except mud catfish.

We visited relatives in Louisiana and Mississippi when I was growing up. Catfish and craw fish were the staples of the diets. My Dad loved to fish, I would go with him. But, spent most of my time playing on the railroad trestle.
