Also... I would add beans to the list. I really don't care for them, unless they are mixed in with something good like a pot of chili... can't eat a plate of 'em by themselves...

Yes, that's true it does go down easy, and then comes back up easily, then goes down again easily.

That's the thing about boiled slimy okra, you can eat it several times at one settin'.

I've had excellent deep fried Okra at Lambert's Cafe in Springfield, MO. It sounds like that isn't the norm though.

You just forgot to put the tomatoes, onions,celery, green pepper, chicken, sausage, Tony's, garlic, pepper and File powder in it. :happydance

The head cheese is better minced and not all chunky like that...ewww...

Whoever decided Rhubarb was a food was mistaken but it can be hidden in strawberries.

Liver... all organ meats for that matter... well...great dog food.

When we moved to Texas, I went in to get the minivan registered. The gal told me I had to go get a white slip. I said "a 'white slip'?" She said "Yes, a white slip". After a moment, I figured out that she was actually saying "weight slip". Had to get the minivan weighed!
