My apologies to the AFF community
 
Had I realized the depth of odooley6985's depression, I never would have continued debating him. Right now I feel nothing but love, sadness, and compassion for the guy. I'm sure it has been tough watching his wife suffer. I wish there was something I could do. Please pray for him.

Regardless of what someone is going through, it doesn't give them a pass to do what he did. If we had a thread of what trials or hardships people were facing, and if everyone was completely honest and open about it, we'd be surprised what some on here are going through without going into a complete meltdown.

I know. I'm just trying to take the high road. Sadly, he is poster child for the irrational thinking of liberals. Such people are being whipped into a similar frenzy that the german people were whipped into concerning the Jews. Conservatives will be the new Jews here before long.

WOW. I was reading some of his posts. He is either mentally sick or just trolling.

But to say what you did about conservatives being the new Jew, is stupid and insensitive.

Say what you will. But you obviously have not read much of the rantings of liberals. They openly call for our deaths. They truly believe we are their enemy. They are whipped into the same kind of frenzy that the Germans were whipped into by Hitler about the Jews. I'm not being insensitive to point out that a bloody history is trying to repeat itself.

I am not left or right. Just middle of the road. That being said, I have seem some stupid rants from the right as well. You dont believe the left is the enemy as well?

I'm not with a "party". The most vile and hateful rants are from the left. I stand by that. It's so bad that the left was putting moles in Tea Party rallies to pose as racists and neo-nazis. The Tea Party members ran them away.

Luckily when the next American civil war begins the soldiers on the left will be spending half of their time in therapy groups (or committing atrocities since that is what expected under harsh emotional "rage").
