Out Of Body Experiences?
fact or fiction? has anybody had an out of body experience. if so please explain..
|
I believe they are real. I've experienced it as a kid once or twice. I'm not sure how it works but I remembering it happening when I was staring at something for a long time. I don't remember floating around the room or anything, just floating slightly above my body. This scared me and I really didn't understand what happened to me.

Re: Out Of Body Experiences?
I've had "out of mind" experiences, as in "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?" Does that count.:woot

Re: Out Of Body Experiences?
Paul the apostle believed they can happen. He said he knew a man (likely himself) who had an experience, but was not sure if it was in the body or out of the body. If he was not sure then he believed it was possible.

Re: Out Of Body Experiences?
Sadly, I'm sure that if it be one did experience such an event, and acknowledged it by publishing the peculiar circumstances on this forum, the only thing they would accomplish would be to submit themselves to untold ridicule by others.
As noted by mflume, tis true such an event happened to the apostle Paul, and seeing that God is not a respecter of persons, then I am persuaded to believe that it is also possible others are able to have such an experience. |
Re: Out Of Body Experiences?
I believe the Apostle and as soon as a person LIVES like the Apostle Paul, then they can expect events that happened to Paul to happen to them..

Re: Out Of Body Experiences?
I do, too.
I'm sure there are some phony's out there. Lots of common threads between the NDE's I've looked into. It's becoming much more common as well. |
Re: Out Of Body Experiences?
I've coincidentally spent the last couple of days checking out 'monatomic gold,' also called ormes, philosopher's stone, and manna. I have to say the evidence was compelling. The Ark is presented as a capacitor, and the description of manna in the Bible fits. I'll keep my opinions to myself for now, as I'd really like an unbiased opinion here

Re: Out Of Body Experiences?
That's the 'Ark' one, might mention ormes; this is the guy who apparently re-discovered it

I think we need to also bear at the fore of our thoughts as we ponder NDE's, is the fact that because God can, and perhaps often does, cause some to experience "out of body" incidents, then Satan also does the same thing in his effort to deceive the ignorant and unlearned about such things. The difficulty comes in trying to determine the "real deal" from Satan's false "miracles" in such cases. |
