You have done good, remember that some Christians are weak in the faith and we the strong need to bear the infirmities of the weak.

Some Christians fall apart under a minor trial of their faith, and we need to understand that not every Christian is at the same level of strength or growth. :thumbsup

thank you i realize we have some different beliefs but we need to treat hamanity with respect no matter how unrespectable they are . Jesus died for all of us even those who did not deserve it

This is what I would have said:

You're very insensitive and coming off as a jerk. You need to get your PTSD under control. No one imagined waterboarding when they read the word "torture" in the post. I think we all understood that the treatment that her husband received was less than pleasant. We all express ourselves within the scope of our vocabulary. Excuse her (and I) for not having as extensive of a vocabulary as you, sir.

If I still had your number you would have received a very scathing text message.

Even though you may have been right about your rebuke, It's not cool to mention someone's PTSD. Some here battle PTSD everyday and it is not easy. Get a hold of your hate before it's too late.

I would rather humble myself than to have the Lord do it for me. I've been down that road before and it is not pleasant.

Still, I'd rather be in His Hands than in the hands of humans.

Still, a better idea would be to pray for Miss Georgie's prayer requests, and then, just mention my name to Jesus. He'll take care of the rest.
