Open letter to admins

Told you so...
You had a chance to correct the direction this forum has taken and you punted.
Told you so...
(Just had to say it again)

There's a reason AFF has endured nearly a decade. Kick people off for difference of opinion and the domain will be for sale within a year. Forums fail especially in the FB era. AFF keeps truckin'. Give the admins some credit.

Relax, it's only a temporary problem. As soon as the bitter posters get back on their meds, things will smooth out.

Absolutely. Until some other con Pastor is charged with leaving the truth. Then it'll be off the meds again!

JB - as someone who has been around since the inception of FCF, I know and believe that.
I do give admin a great deal of credit for this!
However, when posters with no other goal than mockery are permitted, it leads to a sharpening of tone, rhetoric and attitudes, from everyone.

AFF is a User run forum in the sense that if YOU see the problem YOU are supposed to report it.

Most of the time you guys don't

If you have a problem with admin you need to take it directly to them. Criticizing admin publicly is against the rules.

As someone else mentioned you can report a post and explain your concern when reporting it. You also have the option of PMing the various admins with concerns and complaints.

Re: Open letter to admins

"The desire of the board is to allow for the various views that exist within "Apostolic" while maintaining the harmony of the board. This must include HOW you treat other Apostolics with differing views. How you personally view them is not necessary in a discussion of the different views. So the use of pejorative language over and over is not necessary but often clashes with the harmony the board tries to maintain. Trying to be inflammatory is also not conducive to the harmony of the board"

CC1 - I am feeling somewhere between amused and amazed.
Really, going to hide behind the admin rule?
What about the bolded above?
Does that no longer apply?

We have never allowed admin to be criticized on the forum and will not start now. You are free to report posts and contact admins through PM. This thread is now closed and anybody starting a similar one will be infracted.
