I received a phone call about pies
 

A friend of mine called very upset. It seems he bought a pie and the Pastor demanded a slice. Well as you can imagine my friend did not want to give up 10% of the pie.

So he asked the pastor if he could start with just a spoonful first, but the pastor told him all kinds of really baaaad things would happen to any other pie he bought if he did not give the pastor a slice.

Well..long story short, my friend gave the man his slice and guess what happened? His next pie he bought FELL ALL OVER THE FLOOR.....

Yup, something bad happened anyways...whether you Pay your pies or not bad stuff will still happen

I believe giving should be freewill unless it is pie. I expect all the ladies in our church to bring their pies into the storehouse so their will be plenty for me to eat.

Everyone's giving their opinion, yet no one even knows what kind of pie it is, or even who baked it. Rediculous...and yes it does matter.

Abraham and Jacob gave a tenth of their pies. God desires to be honored with our pies, not that he needs our pies. Besides giving pies blesses those who minister the spiritual pies. I like to give pies!

What kind od pies? rhubarb pies, apple pies, or pumpkin pies.

I'm a pie eater, and a pie baker, so I'm going to start a business whereby every pie I bake to sell must allow me to eat a slice out of each pie. :D lol

no. it wasn't a law to Abraham or Jacob either. It's a good principle to live by but at other times we may want to give like the widow did at the temple.

Yeah - sometimes I may just want to eat the whole pie, and sometimes I may feel generous enough to give it all away :D
