You know I've had several people tell me just recently that things are changing in the org. That there's a whole different feeling ... that the atmosphere is different.

Well....... I've heard both positive and negative depending on who you're talking to. You know how that goes.

But the remarks that have been made to me by some (which I referenced in that earlier post) were positive. Definitely positive.

I know there are probs too. There are probs everywhere though and in any group or organization.
