4 Reasons Why God Isn't Answering Your Prayer

Are you making one of these mistakes? How are you correcting them? http://bit.ly/1D0WE1m

I do not know why this brother bothers to posts this stuff on here. He does not really seem interested in our responses.

I don't think God hides from us when we sin.

The article quotes scripture. Now either your statement includes a paraphrase of the scripture, or it contains a misrepresentation of the scripture, or it is unconnected with the scripture.

If the first, then you say you disbelieve the scripture. Bad ju-ju.

If the second, well... bad ju-ju again.

If the third, then you are off topic - either intentially, or inadvertently.

If the first, then you should start a new thread.

If the second, then you should read the original linked article carefully.

Here is the quote: (Is. 59:3)

But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

No offense meant for my part. But he seldom comments on anything we have to say about his posts.

Sorry that I haven't had a chance to respond on this forum. I definitely am interested in everyone's opinion.

If I am not able to respond her quickly enough feel free to leave a comment under my blog post on my website. With that I receive notifications every time someone leaves a message.

But I definitely got to get better at responding.

I am slightly human, but not a bot. I am a Inhuman, but that is a whole other thread.

You can also check your settings on this board and make sure that you are receiving an email update for every thread you post on. This will send an email to your inbox so you know when someone has responded on a thread you have posted on.

Get out! Learn something every day...ok and i was kind of convinced that Aaron might not be real, too--and i meant no offense either. Plus, there's nothing wrong with directing traffic anyway, i guess :lol just struck me as cannibalistic at the time, with the other comments. Nice to know you are real! And i have found your blog to be insightful.

I definitely disagree with No. 1.

4 Reasons God Isn’t Answering Your Prayer:

1. Your prayer is motivated by fleshly desires

As I shared in my story God doesn’t answer the prayers of the flesh. Prayers of the flesh include praying out of emotion. That is hard to digest sometimes because a lot of the things that we pray about affect us emotionally.

However, we don’t ever really see anyone in scripture where someone’s prayer was answered because they were emotional. It is because emotions can be deceiving. So our relationship and prayer life with God can be dependent upon how we feel.

Job 16:20 My friends scorn me: but mine eye poureth out tears unto God

Psalms 6:8 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.

Matthew 9:27 And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us.

Matthew 9:28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.

Matthew 9:29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
