Please be in prayer for the Jason Hood family.
Bro. Hood passed away yesterday of a massive heart attack.
He was only 30 years old. Leaves behind a wife and little girl.
His father, Rev. Keith Hood, pastors a church in GA.

Sadly, there was no life insurance.

As someone who "saw" Jason Hood grow from a boy to a young man to someone who was mightily used of God, this was very shocking and sobering.
Remembering all the times spent in church with the Hoods, remembering seeing Sis. Carmen Hood come into church and be used of God, remembering the basketball games with Jason and Keith.
I rejoice in my belief that he is in a better place and have to trust God that his wife and child are in His hands.

I did not know this young man but had seen the news on Facebook. So incredibly sad for such a young man with a family to be taken.

I hope if there are any other young husbands and fathers out there that read or hear about this situation and have not taken steps to take care of their wife and children by purchasing life insurance they do so immediately. I know it is the nature of young folks to think they are many years away from dying but sadly none of us know when or how soon we will be called home.

In the medical field we are seeing more and more younger people die from heart attacks...its very sobering...usually when they are that young its genetic.It makes me wonder though about stress levels we as a society put upon ourselves.

I think the way that our society exists is physically, mentally and emotionally unsustainable and will continue to get worse as time goes on.

I just saw where Bro Hood's wife, Sister Carmen Hood passed away today. Their little girl has lost both of her parents.
Praying for the family. So sad.

Yes, so very very sad. :( She had some organ transplants done, and seemed to be doing well, but then several days later everything began shutting down. So tragic. Especially for the Hood's little girl Jaylen. :( Prayers for this family.

Got word that Bro Hoods oldest son passed away in April. I was told it was similar to Bro Jason Hood (heart attack). This family needs our prayers.

Yes one of my best friends flew out the weekend of the funeral and preached for elder hood that Sunday. Such a strong man. Have no idea the pain the family is in yet from my understanding you wouldn’t even know it.
