MJ is banned on all Fed property in DC and it still illegal to sell it (I think). I don't know how everything is going to all play out because DC is technically under the control of Congress-- despite having their own Mayor, City Council, government, police force, and etc.

This is terrible! So our capitol is going to allow weed to be legal. I guess it is just a matter of time before the rest of the country follows. This is sad.

possibly, but i doubt it. i think the Nixon study--wherein Nixon funded a study to dis pot, and the researchers discovered that it reduced brain tumors--is on this thread somewhere...if not it's a google away, like everything else. I'm guessing all of your fears about pot are wrong; and were provided to you at no small expense. Peace.

You can keep your pot. I am perfectly fine and peaceful without being a pot head and anything that would encourage our country to go down the road of legalizing drugs is part of satan's plan to destroy our great nation from the inside out.

If a person needs prescription pain killers or other prescription drugs, then so be it. I don't have a problem with alcohol, just drunk people. Still I do believe our country would be better off without alcohol.
