And Trump, in his criticism of the Pope having the authority to state whether someone is a Christian or not, needs to remember that he, himself, has declared that Ted Cruz isn't a Christian. So, there's that for the childish hypocrite.

I will say that Trump is the first Christian that ive ever heard of that is clear that he doesn't need forgiveness and has never asked for it.

Right, because the Pope has a HUGE wall around his palace.

Aside from that visual, I believe the Pope's point was that focusing on a "WALL, WALL, WALL, Mexico is gonna pay", doesn't come across as being kind. And Trump does appear to have a hard time coming across as a man of kindness. Perhaps it is because he hasn't asked forgiveness for anything.

It was a tiring experience and I was in excellent shape back then.

Not in every place, we tourists were only allowed to enter certain areas of the Vatican and then we had to leave after a while.

Trumps issue is being a bit of a normal person when he talks.

He has been very clear that the wall is to keep illegals out and that he likes LEGAL immigration.

The pope perpetuated the lie that the Donald wants to build walls and not bridges. ive heard him talk. he wants both. period.

im not voting for the Donald. im also not going to execute any of the players in the Republican race. we need that guy to be able to win the general... whoever that is.

I was kind of naïve and bought some souvenirs so I helped the Vatican become richer. The Vatican has a great money making machine.

When I first heard the popes comments, I thought Trump had a real chance to turn that on him. He missed his chance.

The pope said you weren't a Christian if you just built fences and didn't build bridges.

Trump should have jumped all over that, agreed with the Pope and pointed out all the "Bridges" he has built... LOL.
