I don't know who Dr. Green is, never heard of her before. But I pray this prophecy comes to pass. Too many hirelings have polluted and perverted Christianity. Too many hirelings have lined their pockets and built their empires through abuse of power, greed and other sins.

We need a great shaking. We need the churches not built on the rock to fall. We need the unrepentant hirelings exposed.

Only then will we experience another great awakening.

Romans 8 says that creation groaneth in travail waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God.

Who is a son of God?

Romans 8:14
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

It's time for those who are being led of God to rise up and manifest His will and power.

I do agree with this. The church has always been triumphant in great political and physical upheaval. It is a time for prayer, fasting, and setting aside the fleshly appetite for things that weigh us down, and to be obedient to do things that the flesh does not want to do - fasting, prayer, and supplication and giving ourselves to study of the word of the Lord, to be bold to speak the name of Jesus, and to tell of the gospel. This is what the early church did, and oh the results! Persecution brought enormous growth to the church.

I'm not scared of demon possessed people threatening me with hell. They have no authority over me and I take the reverse of whatever they say.

She was probably using prophetic language and was referring to the Islamic "refugees".

The Lord spoke to my wife some years ago and said "The small will be great and the great will be no more" The judgments of God are already shaking the earth and it won't be too much longer before He shakes the religious establishments as well. He did the same thing in the 1st century when He sent John the Baptist, Jesus and the apostles, it's inevitable, only a matter of time.

Why? If "judgment must begin at the house of God" what great shaking of the Lord's church has recently begun to take place?

Also, how long does this shaking last? Are we to expect a brief, say 5-10 year period? Or a century or more, perhaps?

I think there is more of a pruning than a shaking going on, personally...

always been a "shaking" among the people in the nations, and many have come
to repent. And yes, to God's people, there is a continual pruning, "Till we all
come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God..."

Granted, judgment WILL begin in the house of God; however, the shaking must
come first: then the judgment. God will shake the earth (those who are not yet
converted) but also heaven (the believers) simultaneously: to show He is no respecter
of persons. WHY? "And this word, Yet once more, signifies the removing of those
things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot
be shaken may remain."
