Campbell's soup uses human embryos in their product testing. So I've heard.

One of their plants is 30 minutes away from here. Looks just like a small refinery.

The Church I started out in was the Church Of Christ. I know somewhat about them.

I had two debates with a Campbellite preacher.
One on the Godhead & baptism
The other on Holy Ghost baptism and miracles today.

Re: Who here has debated Campbellites?

I have never debated the Campbellites. If by this you are referring to the Disciples of Christ or Christian Church, I was once invited to go to the one in my hometown and tell them about Oneness Pentecost for a series they were having about different denominations. After some genealogical research, I later learned that the church I spoke at had been actually founded by my great-great-great grandfather, who was a relative of Alexander Campbell himself. If I remember correctly, the Campbell-Stone movement had its roots in the Cane Ridge revivals of the early 1800s when a great move of God occurred. The beliefs of the modern denomination do not remotely resemble the refreshing touch of God some of my relatives and others such as Abraham Lincoln's parents experienced a century before Azusa Street. I can't tell you how thankful I am the winds of refreshing are still blowing today. The denomination is classic example of a movement that preserves the organizational structure but has moved far, far away from the actual living touch of God being present in its services. (IMHO)

Yes, that's one branch of them. Disciples of Christ ™ and Christian Church ™ and Church of Christ ™ are all from the Stone-Campbell movement.
