End of the World to do list

Just in case, wanted to share my apocalyptic to-do list

Today I took my sun to breakfast, walked through rural king and made a mental list of accessories I need for my new 9mm, put a load of pea gravel on my patio I'm building, weaded around that same patio, helped a home missions pastor unload 100 new chairs at his church, went to dinner with my wife and daughter, bought a new pair of sunglasses in case tomorrow brings fire and brimstone, stopped at our fave ice cream place and had a double scoop waffle cone of their blueberry custard.

Tomorrow i need to mow, get another load of pea gravel, helping that same home missions pastor move his old pews, bus outreach, bus ministry meeting at 4:30, put together a new schedule for our ushering and welcome booth staff. Fix the swinging door on the welcome booth, and then I might settle down on my new patio with a glass of sweet tea and my new sunglasses to watch the "fireworks"

Anybody else have plans for the Big Day?

Pray to be found worthy to escape these things that shall come upon the earth, as suggested.

You are brave.

Re: End of the World to do list

34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Re: End of the World to do list

More of the Apocalyptic message from our Lord Jesus of things to come....

25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

I'll be watching football, hoping the world ends so I won't have to watch my team lose again.

Tomorrow I need to rebuild a carburetor on a generator, change a piston in a chainsaw, repair one lawnmower, replace the safety cable on another, sync the carbs on a KZ 900, and weld the deck on a zero radius mower. Go help the elder in our church, go help church family do a yard. Go pick up some vintage barbell plates, then wait for final impact from the planet nibiru. Then repair a blower, and go over my STHIL Blower, and make sure its working correctly. Wait for the army of the Nephilim marching downtown Fort Lauderdale. See if they want my signed copy of Johnathan Cahn's new book, "How to Make Crazy Money with the Endtimes"

I have a 12 hour shift tomorrow. So, some numerology guy said that the world isn't going to end after all...

I've been working 12 hour shifts for years. So, every other Saturday is a work day.

As for the end of the world, my standard statement stands true:

Eschatology makes fools of us all.

Lol. Maybe. Good gig when 7days pay is more than I earned full time in a month at the last job.

This is temp, though. Hopefully, prayerfully it will continue through to the end of December.

Bro, it is all over the internet, and down here there are a couple of Street preachers preaching it big time. I tried my beast to follow most of this stuff since 2015. It is going into my research, and maybe one day it will go into print. I couldn't keep up with all of them, but narrowed it down to the delusional William Tapley the Third Eagle of the Apocalypse, Co-Prophet of the end-time, and the Ecclesiastical Hustler, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn. Those two were able to do the most with what little they had. Their followings grew to enable them to spread their message. It is interesting to see how they are able to leave themselves an out so they can save face. Willy Tapley not so much, but Cahn is a polished scam artist.

Sunshine and 85 degrees up here in Michigan. Glad I can still use my new sunglasses today.

My first exp with doomsday end time prophets was Y2k. Seems like every couple years, there's some new information popping up that points to a new date... some guys just can't preach the gospel I suppose.

Y2K I remember a meeting where a brother brought forth a very sobering rebuke over the pulpit.

I never believed in that stuff, but they way the preacher jettisoned the Y2K rebuke was enough to slick back my hair, and make my throat dryer than a Mummy's pocket. I felt bad for whoever was the recipient of that ministerial knot on the head
