How did we meet?
Some of y’all I met on the old FCF. I always posted under my name never a moniker. I met Benicasa, CC1, Pianoman, Newman; Sam and others. I visit here from time to time rarely read most of the threads. If we butted heads on past forums or here I may not remember you? I have been pointed at times and truthfully even ugly I have had to apologize more than once.
I haven’t changed doctrinally at alll I have remained the same in lifestyle and practice. I thought this might be refreshing? |

I think I may have met you at a Homecoming or anniversary service at the church in Highlands, Texas several years ago. I think Old Paths was there, too? |

We have never met, but you knew my first Pastor, PT McClure.
Thank you for being a strong voice and holding the line, when others have fallen and failed. |

By meeting I mean on which forum.

Re: How did we meet?
I was not on FCF. From what I've read on here about FCF, it seems I missed some good times.

Lots of brilliant minds from every spectrum of Pentecost. Fudge’s book had just come out. It was an interesting time. Some great discussions took place. |

We met here, we have tussled a little bit, I am mostly mellow. I try to keep my line respectful for the most part. I started years ago in the Apostolic Men's Forum.
What church did you attend here in Jax? |

Re: How did we meet?
On FCF, but I didn’t like you at all until NFCF.
I had to learn that even though you came across as gruff and judgmental at times, you were only being consistent and passionate about what you believe. I appreciate that. Now. At the first, not so much. I have learned that you are actually a kind man, a good husband, and a loving pastor. |

*Wife & I were just discussing what men we felt like we could have confidence in (due to some recent circumstances) - and Elder Epley was the first name my wife mentioned (of course, I immediately agreed :nod). *If we were saints living in his area we would sit under him in a heart-beat. Now if I could just get him converted over to post-trib. doctrine he might even be fellowship-worthy :happydance :icecream. |

If a young preacher insisted on being an ultra con I would want him to be mentored by SE. He has great wisdom about many things. |
Re: How did we meet?
I cannot remember not knowing who Brother Epley was....I guess because of the friendship with the George family. I agree Brother Epley is a gentleman.
Oh yes...he "ordained" my grand daughter! Lol...we have laughed about that one...such a good man. May God bless him and his sweet wife and awesome church. |

It was not a real ordination... just a little joke...we may not see alike on the women preacher but we can be friends and still be different...not everyone can do that!
