Me... post-covid

Because you all want to know how I am doing post-covid. Fatigue can get pretty bad. I push through it- have to work. 🤷🏻..♂️
Ok, so my hair is breaking off. Going on 2 weeks now. Odd. Don’t know if it is caused by the virus or the treatment. Not a pitty-me post. Just updating. Anyone heard of anyone else with covid whose hair is breaking off?

Never heard of that particular side effect. What meds did they give you and I can do a search to see if that is a listed side effect?....that way at least you can know whether or not its expected behavior. I dont know if you were engaging in sarcasm but I just want you to know OF COURSE WE WANNA KNOW YA GOOB! Lol dude we want you to be ok man. If I run across any info Ill message you the links.

Re: Me... post-covid

My entire household, excluding my youngest brother, tested positive for Covid-19 back on June 13, 2020. We are all quarantined for ten days per the doctor's instruction, and naturally I was not allowed to go to work because I work at the bank and they laid down the law on when it came to the virus.

I ended up missing about a month of work because my Bonus Mom tested positive twice, and therefore I wasn't allowed to go to work because I occupied the same house as she. Once she was finally negative like the rest of us, I was finally able to go back to work. There were two other ladies I worked with that caught it, but they weren't too sick, but our market president was positive and eventually spent close to two weeks in ICU because he had Covid-19 coupled with double pneumonia. He was in terribly bad shape for a over a month. They're all doing better now and back to work.

The worst thing I've dealt with post-Covid is weakness. I often give out of energy, and wake up tired even after I thought I had slept so well through the night. It actually happened this morning; I slept the majority of the night, but I woke up like I hadn't been to sleep at all. It's certainly frustrating, but it seems like it's going to be something I'll have to bare until my body completely recovers. I struggled with tiredness the most when I was positive for Covid-19. I slept a lot and laid around in my room.

Overall, I'd say we're all doing better now, even though those weak spats occasionally hit us out of nowhere. It's all a part of it, I guess, and I can only pray that my body heals and get better and received a complete healing from the Lord.

Sorry to hear you and your family have been sick. Prayers that you gain your complete strength back.

May I ask a couple questions already asked?

What medications did y'all take and did any of you take a flu shot?

One of my brothers’ wife believed she had the COVID. Went to family doc. Family doc sent her to the testing center at Broward General. Get the COVID test. Broward General lost the findings. She feels better, and now will never know if she ever had this certain strain of flu. Meanwhile Broward, Dade, and Palm, continue to spike. I haven’t got it yet, and if you did the math I should of gotten it by now, at least someone in my family and circle. Is it real? Sure, are people in South Florida wearing masks and washing their hands? Absolutely! But I’m being assured by liberals, conservatives, Democrats, and Republicans, that after the election the COVID will go away. :thumbsup

After the election the politicizing of Covid will end at least.

Re: Me... post-covid

My mom was having sever chest pains making it difficult to breath and fever. She went to the doctors and they didn’t think the chest pain/ breathing was related to the fever. They felt the fever was covid but chest pains/breathing was separate issue. So they sent her to the hospital to get a scan. They checked her for fever before going in and obviously had fever and told them that. After they seen she had fever they sent her into the waiting room anyway with the other people. Lol doesn’t make sense they would do it if they are so worried about others. After 6-7 days she got her results and they were negative. Had a fever for 11 days and like mention above 2 weeks later and she has no energy... but with her testing negative we have no clue what it all was. Scan had come back good too. Doctor said it must be anxiety and tried to prescribe pills for it but she declined them....

people wearing masks without covering their nose? Arthur's problem isn't that he can hear through the sides of his skull. But the writer of the cartoon is change agent provocateur. :lol
