I am sure many of you have at least heard of this game. It is a "Flash" based game, meaning that you go to the site and play directly from within the browser.

The Goal Creeps enter from the top and from the left. You must stop them from reaching the other side or you will lose lives. You start with 20 lives, and when they are gone the game is over.

The Pieces Towers are used to attack creeps and also to block their path. You buy a Tower by clicking on its image and then clicking somewhere on the map. There are 9 different towers to choose from, each with different abilities. Towers can be improved by buying upgrades.

The Money Gold is earned by killing creeps, especially the boss creeps which come every 8 levels. You can spend Gold on buying Towers and upgrading them. SPAWNLET creeps do not give gold.

The Levels Each level, or 'wave', contains 20 creeps (10 on easy) and they arrive every 25 or so seconds. They cannot be stopped. Your only defense is to purchase Towers to attack them. Some waves have special abilities like FAST or FLYING. Also, after every 8th wave is a BOSS wave that is especially hard to kill.

Friends When you submit a score you can set up a Group Scoreboard so that you and your friends can share scores and bragging rights!

Sell Timer It takes a certain amount of time to sell a tower; this time goes up as you sell more towers.

I can't play this game where I'm at because my mom only has dial-up, so I'll have to wait until I get home. I'm going through withdrawals though!

I see my totals were wiped out in the upgrade so I played a game.

I was the points leader when I left. I hope I've been beaten so I have something to work on.

Did you guys know that the inventor of this game is only 13??? I found that out a couple weeks ago and was shocked!

It took a while but I finally beat the Squirt and Frost Only challenge. Now I can do it every time but until then always assumed it was impossible.

The other challenge I can complete regularly is the Survivor mode where it is nothing but Spawn creeps. This starts out easy enough but quickly degenerates into chaos as the spawns start splitting 5 and 6 times half way through!

My latest conquest was the 10K "challenge". Even though it is listed under the Fun modes it is still VERY difficult.

You beat the 10K? Man, that's a tough one. I've only gotten to about level 90, once or twice.

I've done it a few times now... Always with 4-5 lives remaining. It takes a LOT of juggling and a very carefully set up center block of dart/boost towers to handle the flyer's. Oh yes, and a carefully layed out and timed fully upgraded SNAP tower to freeze the level 92 flyer's, otherwise they will ALL get through and the game will end right there.

Fliers are killers. Level 92 sounds nasty!

I haven't done the S&F only challenge, but the Spawns I beat everytime.

I can't get past about the 84th level of the 10K challenge. I try, but I'm not able to do it yet.

LOL! It's like a soap opera.....if you don't watch it, you are lost!

Yes, a few times, but not very well!

I've played a few times myself (and actually 'won' each time) but am still unsure how the scoring works.

No. Is it easy? I mean, how does it go exactly?

Someone sets up a game (various options to choose from, like number of players) and others join. Each gets a separate field to build towers in (not a bunch of different players' towers on the same field). When one player kills the last creep of a wave, the next wave starts for everyone. First one to kill off the last wave wins. There are also points, but it looks like they don't determine the winner. Not sure what they're for!
