A.D.M.I.T. Starts Tonight!!!! Anyone Else Going?
 

Anyone else going to A.D.M.I.T. at New Life Pentecostal Church (Bro. Gary Howard's church) in Tulsa? It starts tonight!!! I'm typing this from my motel room...which happens to have Wi-Fi. I got to come two years ago, and THIS year, my wife gets to be here with me. :-)

A.D.M.I.T. is a training conference for ministers---we're going to get to hear from Bro. J. R. Ensey, Bro. G. Howard, Bro. R. Garrett, Bro. W. Bass, Bro. D. C. Moody, Bro. S. Pixler, Bro., Bro. T. Johnson...and I'm probably leaving someone out...plus specialized conferences for ladies from Sister Howard, Sister Ensey, etc...Can you see why we're excited? :-D


It's always phenomenal, and I can't wait. The last one I went to was so awesome--they always are. Let me know if anyone else reading this is going to the conference...maybe we can find each other there!

Just an FYI... I was born in Tally Walker Clinic/Hospital in the fair city of Wynnewood, OK! My Uncle Tommy and Aunt Montie Harmon lived just outside Pauls Valley. I spent many a summer week fishing in one of the 5 ponds Uncle Tommy had on his place. Used to pick a lot of blackberries along the fence rows and then get a good old fashioned blackberry cobbler to go with a dinner of fried chicken and white gravy! Woooo those were the days! Except when Aunt Montie would insist we had to dig taters afore we could go a fishin'! A lot of memories in Pauls Valley!

Enjoy the time at ADMIT! I have a good friend, David Sacker, who goes to Bro. Howards ... used to post on FCF and a little on NFCF... not sure if he has ever posted here... I have wanted to go but have never had the time at the right time. Therefore, I am jealous!:)

I think my cousin Shane, goes to Bro Howards church. Actually I think he is the youth pastor or something there LOL. I know they were having this conference last year and we were supposed to go but were unable to because it was the same time as my grandmothers funeral.

I pray that great grace is manifested in this gathering.

Whoa! Talk about a small world! We own some property in Wynnewood (plus I taught at the high school there for a couple of years.) Are you familiar with my church....Landmark Tabernacle? It's the newer one out on the Interstate.

I used to date her niece or cousin, Becky Nickell. Sharon was Becky's aunt or cousin. Becky and her mom, Jolene, went to my Dad's church in Duncan, OK. Sharon would visit often. I am sorry that so much time has passed that I can no longer remember whether it was aunt or cousin....
