This seems like a bird on a roller coaster.

Up one day, then not. Up partway, then completely shutdown.

Does anyone have any word when it will be back?

Patience is a virtue. We originally said it wouldn't be back up until Thursday. It was opened for a little while last night, but the REAL move is taking place as I type.

I won't promise anything. In fact, due to moving the site to a new server, I cannot even send out the "mass emails" I've been sending to the members of the OLD site. It's down right now as well.

AFF and WS should be HAPPY -- we're giving them MUCH MORE of our business than usual right now. However, once the new site is up and running, they may both feel like a large Oneness organization that votes to reverse its historic stand against certain forms of media involvement.

Well well well... isn't that a statement.

No, it really isn't. I did not intend to imply that we would all be "pulling out" as in dropping off the forum. I just meant most of us will be spending a lot more time at CAF than we on the other sites.

Don't try to read between the lines. It was a poor attempt at humor. It didn't work. Forget it.

The new site is up and running. Unfortunately, everyone's membership got lost in the most. You will have to re-register -- not just try to log in and provide your email.

CAF is a forum for Apostolic MINISTERS who consider themselves to be conservative.

So... to be a member of CAF you must be a minister.

Per the scriptures quoted above a woman need not apply because the CAFers will not consider her a minister.

I know we're having fun with this concept, but there is no official or unofficial belief that a woman could not be a member.

There are certainly men on that forum who have had women evangelists preach, etc.

I'm sure, though, that perhaps 100% would frown on women being pastors...just guessing.

There was talk of a wimmins section at one time.
