An Open Apology to all AFF Posters

I am so sorry.
I feel really bad about what I did.
I am ashamed.
Please forgive me?

The trouble is, I can't promise I won't do it again.
The temptation is just too great.

I just had a piece of the best homemade pecan pie ever served!!!!!!

And I didn't even offer you any!!!!!:tease:tease:tease:tease

The only way I could truly repent is to throw up the pie I ate.

Ain't gonna happen cause I'm not THAT sorry.:bliss

Old Paths 11-21-2007 02:05 PM

My wife has been coming into the office all day saying try some of this, and this, and this.....

Barb 11-21-2007 02:06 PM

I have an apple pie in the oven and am fixing to make another...it's Felicity's recipe and everyone always loves the pies, so I'm making two.

My brother just called from Indiana, and he and his family are pulling out of the driveway...I pray they get here before the storm hits.

You got snow coming?

It was 76 here yesterday. Now it's 43, and still dropping.

It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas!

I hung the outside Christmas lights around our roof line yesterday. I had all of the strands connected and went to plug them in only to find I had started the strands from the wrong end. My pop-in-law had to rig a special plug just so I wouldn't have to redo all of my work.

I felt like Clark Griswald!

Nahum 11-21-2007 02:24 PM

Anybody watching football tomorrow?

HeavenlyOne 11-21-2007 02:29 PM

I also need to ask forgiveness.

Not because I'm making a chocolate cream pie, two pumpkin pies, cornbread stuffing, gravy, deviled eggs, and getting cranberry-orange relish from the Pic N Save.........................................

But because I'm buying my already-cooked turkey, mashed potatoes, cheddar rice and broccoli, and gravy dinner from WalMart!!!!

But I have an excuse.....I had clinical today and didn't have time to cook, and we are having Thanksgiving tonight as we'll be in the woods tomorrow.

God and Ferd, forgive me...

We got rid of Johnny Estrada!!!! We are looking to sign Jason kendall. Though he does not throw out runners.

Our Pitching staff was one of the best in 2007 for holding runners on first base..

Go Brewers...

I forgive you. I will not bring up the past.

However I cannot say that we are in fellowship.

(To follow the example shown in a certain other thread! :toofunny)

Aw Sister Barb,I bet you are a great cook.

Margies3 11-21-2007 03:08 PM

My 13 year old son has been begging ever since I started cooking early this morning.

first he wanted "just one piece of pumpkin pie....... pleeeeeeeeeeease!" (I made 2 pies)

then how about a homemade dinner roll? (I'm making about 75)

Maybe some corn casserole? or green bean casserole?

he would be asking for the gooey cake (thanks for the recipe) or a piece of pecan pie if only he were allowed to eat them. He can't because of his peanut allergy (the pecans "may contain peanuts")
