never heard of the term "49 Elders" but someone started a thread the Other and called it this. I believe they were referring to this list

One of those 49 called me last week and told me that he knew for a FACT that we would have earrings and pants on the platform of GC in a year or two. My question....how can you know for a fact something that hasn't happened yet?

Why would they have a seperate Bible Quizzing program if they were not planning a whole seperate fellowship and org?

Yeah. Steadfast had recieved assurances from one of the coordinators that there wasn't going to be any rival org set up.

This is so disheartening. Men of the call are willing to lie and say things, just to get people to leave the UPCI, and join this new fellowship/organization.

May they see the error of their ways.

I also see they have a name for their organization...Worldwide Pentecostal Fellowship.
