No! That's not what it says.

"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God".

The PRIMARY way that God uses to lead His sons, is by the HOLY SPIRIT. (not by the pastor).

Pastors have a role in maturing and growing up saints to do the ministry of the saints, but that role is not to micro-manage people or to give permission to logon to AFF or CAF etc.

I agree with the sentiment, though I wonder about the spirit in which it was written. Had it been written as in bold (above), then I could say "Amen, Brother". That would have been a great post!
