You can choose this skin by going to the Quick Style Chooser menu in the very bottom left corner of your page. To set it as your default skin, go to your User CP, from the menu on the left choose Edit Options, and down at the very bottom is your Forum Skin menu.

Can't find it.

Because Retro is the ONLY choice, there is not a skin chooser. After the First, and all the skins are back, you would choose if you wanted to go back.

Is everybody able to view the New Years skin?

It's done with blue and brown circles, and says Happy New Year at the top.

No, I don't see that at all. I suppose I should dump my browser cache and log back in again. But right now I'm stuck on an older skin with no ability to change it.
